VP, Creative Director

We are working with a brand experience and content marketing agency based in Norwood, MA. They are looking to hire a Full time VP of Creative Director. Details below: What They Need:Creative Leadership & VisionYou set the creative standard. You push the work to be better, you know when something's not there yet, and you know how to bring a room along with you. This role comes in as an individual contributor with strong creative authority — and as you grow with us, there is a real opportunity to take on direct reports and expand your people management scope. You won't be leading the entire creative department, but building a team around your work is very much on the table.Client-Facing Creative PartnershipYou'll work closely with account directors and executive producers to make sure creative vision and brand strategy are fully aligned. You're a strong presenter who can sell ideas to senior clients with confidence and warmth. And who knows how to bring clients into the creative process rather than just presenting to them.Innovation & Industry AwarenessYou stay genuinely curious about where the industry is heading. Emerging technologies; generative AI, real-time production, volume stages, digital studio innovation, aren't buzzwords to you, they're tools you're actively thinking about and experimenting with. You bring that energy into the agency and into the work.Business Development SupportYou love a blue-sky brief. You'll be an active contributor to pitches and new business efforts. You will be concepting ideas, shaping narratives, and helping the agency show up at its best when it counts.Quality & CraftYou hold the bar high.
