Required Skills and Experience7+ years of related experience with customer communications management (CCM) tools5+ years of experience with one or more of the following applications:SQLQuadient Inspire DesignerQuadient AutomationQuadient ScalerQuadient InteractiveExperience with scripting languages for data and document manipulation such as JavaScript, Groovy, Perl, Python. Familiarity with various data input and output formats, such as XML, JSON, flat files, TNO, PDF, PS, and AFP. Experience with APIs, MQ, and SFTP for data exchange and system integration. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent analytical skills.Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines and prioritize and manage time effectively.Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
