For many years, we’ve been dedicated to caring for local pets and the families who love them, and we’re excited to continue growing our team.We are seeking a Client Service Representative (CSR) who enjoys working in a supportive, collaborative environment and is eager to develop their veterinary and customer skills alongside a welcoming, committed team.ScheduleMonday - Friday, 8am-5pmKey ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for client communication, including answering phones, responding to inquiries, and assisting with schedulingPerform client check-in and check-out, including collecting patient information and processing paymentsRoom patients and obtain accurate medical histories as neededSupport doctors and technicians with patient care, treatments, and routine proceduresAssist with vaccine appointments and basic patient handlingHelp with diagnostics, sample collection, and in-house laboratory work when neededMaintain accurate and timely medical records and client documentationProvide clear client education regarding treatments, estimates, and discharge instructionsAssist with appointment scheduling, reminders, and managing daily workflowSupport a variable caseload depending on seasonal and clinic needsAbout You1–2 years of experience in a veterinary or client service role (CSR or Veterinary Assistant experience required)Experience in a small animal practice preferred (exotics experience a plus)Strong client service and communication skills with a compassionate, professional approachComfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment with shifting prioritiesSelf-starter with a “go-getter” attitude and willingness to jump in wherever neededCompensation & BenefitsSalary range: $23-$27 per hour Supportive, close-knit culture with opportunities for learning and growthWhy Join Groveway?Culture & Values: A true work family built on values, respect, and dedication to the community we serve.Work Environment: Friendly, supportive, and committed to delivering high-quality medicine while maintaining work-life balance.Client Base: A loyal, community-driven clientele with growing demand for exotic pet care.Team: Local staff with a shared passion for exotics—especially reptiles!If you’re ready to join a supportive team where your role truly makes a difference, we’d love to hear from you.
