Night Shift Plant Operator

Operator Job Responsibilities * Operate and monitor the production plant, including all associated equipment, such as receiving system, digestors, gas skids, CO2, injection, and decant systems. * Monitor process variables, including temperature, pressure, flow rates, and gas composition, to ensure optimal plant performance and product quality. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of plant operations, including shift reports, logbooks, maintenance records, and safety documentation. * Completes a variety of paperwork related to product loads, instrument readings, safety/security, and other paperwork in a timely and efficient manner. * Produce dry ice for scheduled orders. Operator Job Requirements: * Possess good English language skills (fluent verbal & written comprehension) to interpret procedures, comprehend instructions, and to communicate effectively with others. * 1-2 years of relevant work experience. * Valid driver's license preferred. * High School diploma or equivalent. Technical certifications or vocational training in process operations, renewable energy, or a related field is desirable. * Ability to demonstrate effective mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. * Ability to effectively utilize various computer programs and systems. * Demonstrate ability to accurately read, write, and document data and reports. * Timely responsiveness and follow-through. * Strong attention to safety.
