A privately-held multifamily owner-operator is hiring a Bilingual Leasing Consultant to support apartment communities in the Oklahoma City area. The role works closely with on-site management and supports leasing across multiple properties.About The RoleThe Leasing Consultant is the first point of contact for prospective residents and plays a central role in the leasing experience — from initial inquiry through move-in. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a customer-facing environment.Day-to-DayRespond to leasing inquiries by phone, email, and in personTour apartment homes and present community features to prospective residentsTrack prospect activity and follow-ups in the property management systemPrepare lease agreements and related move-in documentationConduct pre-move-in unit inspectionsCoordinate keys, access devices, and parking assignments at move-inAssist with resident questions and service request intakeStay current on competing properties and local market activityHelp prepare market surveys and leasing reportsSupport resident events and on-site activitiesWhat We're Looking ForTwo or more years of leasing, sales, or customer service experienceBilingual English/Spanish — able to read, write, and speak both fluentlyComfort with property management software (ResMan, Yardi, RealPage, AppFolio, or similar)Working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeBasic math skills for prorations, deposits, and lease calculationsFamiliarity with Fair Housing standardsHigh school diploma or equivalentNALP or similar leasing certification a plusCompensation And Benefits$21–$23 per hour, depending on experienceLeasing commissions and performance bonusesMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k)Paid time off and holidaysApartment discountTo ApplySubmit your resume through this listing.
