Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials; verify quantities and documentationMove, stage, and deliver materials to production lines based on schedules and work ordersPick, pack, and prepare outbound shipments, including labeling and documentationOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material‑handling equipment safely and efficientlyMaintain accurate inventory transactions within ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA preferred)Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliationSupport kitting, line‑side replenishment, and material preparation activitiesOrganize warehouse storage locations to ensure efficient material flowHandle hazardous or sensitive materials in accordance with company and regulatory requirementsMaintain 5S standards and a clean, safe warehouse environmentCollaborating with Production, Quality, and Logistics to resolve material issuesFollow all company safety policies, PPE requirements, and operational procedures What You Will Bring! High school diploma or GED required1–3 years of experience in material handling, warehousing, or manufacturingForklift operation experience (certification preferred)Basic understanding of inventory control and warehouse processesAbility to lift to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout the shiftExperience with ERP systems; SAP S/4HANA experience is a plusStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and safety awarenessAbility to work in a fast‑paced, startup‑style environment with evolving priorities Our Story & Our ImpactHSP is a global leader in high‑voltage bushing technology, delivering innovative, reliable solutions that keep the energy sector moving.
