PEMCCO is seeking a Transit Training & Exercise Program Analyst to support the development and lifecycle management of Multi-Year Training & Exercise Plans (MYTEP). This role supports long-term program planning, exercise progression tracking, and compliance alignment across bus, rail, and commuter rail systems.

Essential Functions
Develop and update MYTEP schedules.
Track exercise progression and capability validation.
Coordinate planning cycles across modes.
Align exercise objectives with federal and state requirements.
Maintain training and exercise tracking dashboards.
Support reporting to executive leadership.
All other duties as assigned.
Competencies
Program coordination skills.
Familiarity with emergency management frameworks.
Strong analytical and planning skills.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management, Public Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in program coordination or emergency management.
Preferred Qualifications
HSEEP familiarity.
Transit system experience.

Compensation
$44 – $58 hourly, depending on experience, ability, and capability.
