Sales and Design Associate

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Relations:
Engage with clients in-person, via phone, email, and video to offer expert product knowledge and personalized design assistance.
Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout their purchase journey.
Stay informed on Grayson Luxury’s product availability, customization options, pricing, and promotions.
Leverage design tools to create mood boards and floorplans that bring clients’ visions to life.
Provide weekly sales updates and ensure timely follow-up with leads.
Conduct house calls as needed to deliver personalized service.
Customer Service:
Deliver exceptional customer service, including post-sale follow-up, resolving delivery concerns, and managing special orders.
Coordinate with the Order Entry team to ensure seamless communication on production status and client requests.
Merchandising & Showroom Maintenance:
Keep the showroom updated with accurate price tags, product information, and promotional details.
Ensure the showroom maintains its high standard of appearance, reporting and assisting in resolving any necessary improvements.
Assist with inventory management for marketing materials, promotional items, and swatch samples.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in home decor sales and/or interior design.
Proficiency with MS Word, Google Suite, and email communication.
Ability to manage conflicts professionally while maintaining composure.
Proven success in a high-volume sales environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Reliable attendance and availability to work Tuesday through Saturday.
Compensation: This role offers a competitive salary plus commission.

Showroom Hours: Tuesday - Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Schedule: 5 days a week, including Saturdays (as determined by management)

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
