We have a great history of providing excellent career opportunities for sharp, energetic people.BenefitsMedical PlanDental PlanVision Plan401(K) w/ employer matchPromote from withinPaid Time OffOpportunities for advancementPartners in our communityResponsibilitiesPerform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies and procedures.Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are well-informed of any additional services needed.Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.Qualifications & RequirementsMust have Nissan Technician Experience or Import Vehicle Experience. Certified with Nissan or another Import Car brand is a PLUS. Specialized Certifications also a PLUS5+ years of Service Technician experience requiredASE Certification requiredA-level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine RepairBroad knowledge of new vehicle technologiesAmbitious, hardworking presence in a team environmentExcellent customer service skillsBasic computer skillsPositive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentalityEnjoy working in a dynamic environmentAbility to collaborate effectivelyAbility to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specificationsAble to operate electronic diagnostic equipmentMinimum high school diploma or GED equivalent requiredValid driver's license and clean driving recordThe individual must maintain an acceptable driving record according to our insurance standards at all times.No employee or applicant should be under the influence of any substance including medical marijuana on-site or during work hours.
