Warehouse Operations Lead

This role involves managing a team of warehouse staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, and implementing best practices to support the company's operational goals. The Warehouse Lead will play a critical role in ensuring smooth logistics and high-quality service for EOS IT Solutions and its partners.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.Provide guidance, coaching, and training to ensure high performance and team development.Ensure the day-to-day operational logistics activities run smoothly and efficiently.Support teams with internal moves, additions, and changes.Receive and process all equipment shipments.Perform physical or administrative tasks of storing and distributing products, materials, parts, supplies and equipment.Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or bins according to pre-determined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.Examine stocks and distribute materials in inventory.Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed.Essential CriteriaDevelop and maintain positive employee, customer and cross-functional team relations.Effectively promote and lead change with strong interpersonal and communication skills.Lead a team of associates using resources effectively to meet order deadlines ensuring 100% accuracy.Understand company, OSHA, DOT, and EPA regulations and power industrial equipment requirements.Demonstrate analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to drive results.Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing.Work in a fast-paced environment with a strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.Have knowledge of inventory management and control principles, and experience with warehouse management software.Work with a computerized maintenance management system.Operate a personal computer and other office equipment.Be proficient in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).Have experience in maintenance systems and repairs.Assist manager in identifying process improvement opportunities and execute as requested.Take on other responsibilities as assigned by the manager.Desirable CriteriaExperience with carnet documentation and international shipping.Prior exposure to inventory audits and cycle counts.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.The EOS pay range for this job is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
