The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, ensuring safety, and supporting positive patient outcomes in a clinical setting.Key Responsibilities:Provide direct patient care and perform comprehensive patient assessmentsAdminister medications and treatments as prescribedMonitor and document patient conditions and clinical progressDevelop, implement, and update individualized care plansCollaborate with physicians and healthcare team membersRespond to patient needs and medical emergencies promptlyEnsure accurate documentation using Electronic Health Records (EHR)Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs as neededFollow all hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory guidelinesRequired Qualifications:Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York or Compact StateBLS/CPR certification requiredStrong clinical assessment and communication skillsAbility to work in fast-paced healthcare environmentsPrior experience in long-term care, rehab, or hospital settings preferredShift Options:3:00 PM – 11:00 PM11:00 PM – 7:00 AMEmployment Type:Contract (3+ months)Weekly pay available
