Voice Engineer

Location: Storrs, CT (onsite)Duration - 6 Month Contract (extensions possible)Responsibilities:Assists senior technical personnel with the installation, upgrade, and maintenance of voice hardware, servers and applications.Assists senior technical personnel in troubleshooting and analyzing errors or degradations within the voice system performance using available monitoring systems and troubleshooting practices.Document modifications made to the hardware, software, or procedures using appropriate tools and applications such as Visio, Confluence to represent the as‐built and operational statusof the systems.Supports the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of university information as part of the overall University Information Security Program.Rebuild existing implementation of Logic Monitor or designated monitoring and management platforms for tracking system performance and logs on interfaces.Performs other related duties as required.
