Growth is happening, and our vision for a successful future is clear — we'd love for you to join us on this journey!For more information, visit or follow us on LinkedIn or Facebook.As an Integration Analyst, you will:Conduct discovery sessions with clients and partners to gather technical and business requirementsDefine functional and non-functional requirements for data integrations with 3rd party enterprise platformsCreate detailed data mapping specifications and integration workflows for technical design documentsCreate customer-facing overviews, implementation guides, and best practice documentationProactively identify potential integration challenges and define mitigation strategiesProvide support to implementation team as needed for clarification, escalated triaging, and scoping enhancementsDocument lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of integration methodologiesParticipate in pre-sales activities to support technical evaluation and scopingContribute to product roadmap discussions based on customer feedback and market trendsRequirements5 or more years experience implementing or supporting enterprise software systems such as ERP, HCM/HRIS, Payroll, or financial management platformsDeep knowledge of at least one major enterprise software vendor or category of business systemsUnderstanding of integration patterns and methodologies (APIs, file-based transfers, middleware platforms)Familiarity with data formats such as XML, JSON, CSV, and integration protocols (REST, SOAP, SFTP)Familiarity with iPaaS platforms (Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, Informatica, Zapier)Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiencesStrong written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsCustomer-focused mindset with a consultative approachAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologiesProject management or business analysis certificationsBachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or four additional years' experience in lieu of degree Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
