If you have 2 -5 years of experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of building mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, then this is a great opportunity to grow your career with a company known for excellence.What You'll DoDeliver maintenance services to multiple customer sites efficiently and on timeTravel to different locations to maintain commercial propertiesPerform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenanceTroubleshoot and repair building systems, equipment, and groundsHandle hands-on tasks across trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, HVAC, etc.)Complete work orders, inspections, and service reports using mobile toolsMaintain clear communication with customers and internal teamsEnsure all work follows safety standards, regulations, and company proceduresSource required materials and complete tasks independentlyBuild strong customer relationships through quality service and professionalismProvide estimates for additional or larger repair workAttend safety trainings and comply with company policiesTravel locally between job sites as requiredWhat You Bring2–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience (or equivalent training)Skills across multiple trades (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.)Ability to troubleshoot and repair building systems effectivelyFamiliarity with commercial property maintenance (preferred)Basic technical skills (mobile devices, MS Office, reporting tools)Strong communication and customer service abilitiesUnderstanding safety standards and regulatory compliance (e.g., OSHA)Relevant certifications/licenses and a valid driver’s licenseAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficientlyProblem-solving mindset with attention to quality and detailTop performers are fast learners, strong team players, and committed to accuracy and inclusiveness.📍 Location: San Leandro, CA - Onsite💵 Pay: $28 - $33/hr📩 Apply now to take the next step in your Commercial Maintenance Technician career!Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
