The A&P Instructor will be tasked with delivering exam preparation sessions, conducting hands-on practical training, and guiding students through oral and practical exam procedures. Responsibilities will also include mentoring students, developing lesson plans that align with FAA standards, and handling training documentation. The role requires collaboration with other instructors and staff to ensure the success of trainees.QualificationsFAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification with General Aviation experienceProficiency in training delivery, lesson planning, and teaching methodologiesHands-on experience in aviation maintenance and working knowledge of FAA regulationsStrong communication, organizational, and mentorship abilitiesBasic computer skills and familiarity with testing and educational softwareExperience as an aviation instructor or in a related teaching/training role is a plusCommitment to fostering a supportive learning environment for diverse audiences, including military personnel
