This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, and system analysts to deliver innovative and efficient software solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain web-based applications using C# (.NET), Blazor, SQL, HTML5, and CSSDesign, develop, and implement front-end and back-end solutionsCreate and maintain stored procedures in Oracle and SQL ServerAnalyze business and technical requirements to design effective software solutionsTroubleshoot application issues and perform root cause analysisWork extensively with DevExpress tools, including advanced grid developmentEnsure applications are scalable, high-performing, and user-friendlyCollaborate within Agile teams to support SDLC processesConduct demonstrations of application changes to stakeholdersRecommend and implement process improvements for development projectsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher4+ years of experience developing web-based applications4+ years of experience in programming languages including:.NET / C#JavaScriptHTML / HTML5 / CSSSQL and Stored ProceduresOracle and SQL Server4+ years of experience in root cause analysis and troubleshooting3+ years of experience working within Agile SDLC3+ years collaborating with development teams and stakeholders2+ years of experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools1+ year of experience developing applications using C# .NET BlazorPreferred QualificationsExperience converting applications from Java to C# .NET BlazorStrong knowledge of responsive web designExperience implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
