About the role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Administrator & IT Support Specialist to join our team in Brooklyn, New York. This in-office position combines CRM system management with IT support responsibilities, making it ideal for candidates with a diverse technical skill set and a passion for optimizing business processes. What you will do: CRM Administration (60%): Configure and maintain our CRM system, including user management, data structures, and custom workflows. Develop and manage custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to drive business insights. Ensure data integrity and maintain high-quality standards within the CRM database. Provide user training and support for CRM functionality. Implement and optimize CRM processes to enhance efficiency and user adoption. Collaborate with various departments to understand and implement business requirements. MDM (Mobile Device Management) (20%): Implement and manage MDM solutions to secure and control mobile devices. Configure device policies, distribute applications, and monitor device compliance. Troubleshoot MDM-related issues and provide support to end-users. Stay updated on mobile security best practices and implement necessary updates. General IT Support (20%): Provide first-line technical support for various IT issues across the organization. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems. Assist with basic system administration tasks. Support the implementation and maintenance of IT security measures. Contribute to IT documentation and knowledge base development. Requirements for Success: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field 3+ years of experience in CRM administration (preferably with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms) Proven experience in MDM implementation and management Proficiency in CRM system administration and customization Strong knowledge of IT support principles and practices Understanding of database concepts and data management principles Experience with MDM solutions and mobile device security Familiarity with IT support ticketing systems Knowledge of basic networking and system administration concepts Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Zoho CRM IT service management qualification Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Experience: VMWare: 1 year (Preferred) Linux: 1 year (Preferred) Security clearance: Confidential (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Brooklyn, NY 11219 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: Brooklyn, NY 11219: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
