As a Surgical Tech, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes pro who keeps surgeries running smoother than a well-rehearsed orchestra (just with more scrubs and fewer violins). Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain sterile surgical environments Set up operating rooms with instruments, supplies, and equipment Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and anticipating needs Ensure strict adherence to aseptic and sterile techniques Handle surgical instruments, sponges, and supplies with accuracy Perform counts before, during, and after procedures Clean and restock operating rooms post-surgery Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia teams Requirements: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred Minimum 2 years of recent surgical tech experience Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and instrumentation Ability to stay focused in high-pressure environments Excellent teamwork and communication skills BLS certification required
