Kids Crunch Attendant

The Kids Crunch Attendant supervises all children checked into the Kids Crunch department of a Crunch Fitness facility. The KCA works to build an environment of cleanliness and safety that our members can trust.ExpectationsProvide friendly atmosphere for members and childrenProvide proper registration and check-out of children & parents Watch and care for children to ensure safetyProvide consistent interaction with children Initiate games, arts & crafts projectsBottle-feed babies or assistant in eating needs of older children in accordance with parental directionMaintain a calm environnementClean and sanitize childcare toysKeep working area free of sharp or harmful objects Answer childcare phoneCommunicate information regarding children to parents/guardiansProvide recommendations for toys, educational tools, etc.Know, understand, and follow all policies, procedures, and standardsFacilitate member requests or forward to a managerRemain aware of club facility and servicesAssist in all projects as delegated by club managementFollow all policies and procedures in Team Member HandbookAny additional tasks/projects as requested by managementObtain or maintain a valid Child/Infant CPR CertificationExperience working with childrenCertifications, as local/state laws requireComplete and pass a Backround ScreenLift 10 lbs. on occasionStand, bend and squat with frequencyClimb and hang decorations when neededEmployment EligibilityAll applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED). This requirement is in place to ensure that all employees have the basic level of education necessary to perform the duties of their roles effectively.To be eligible for employment at Fitness Ventures LLC applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
