With a mission to affirm life at every step of the journey with illness and loss, TRU provides a continuum of care through TRU Hospice, TRU PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly), TRU Palliative Care, TRU Grief Services, and Landmark Memory Care.Title: PACE Homecare CNALocation: In the community, seeing patients in their homes. Either in Boulder/Lafayette, or Longmont/Dacono areas.Schedule: Sat-Wed: Sat and Sun to start at 8AM-4:30PM and Mon-Wed will be 6:00AM-2:30PMPay: $23.29 to $25.40 per hourBonus: $3,000We are looking for a friendly and skilled CNA to join our team on a full-time schedule.
