Identifies and manages project risks. Evaluates the implementation methodology and enhances it continuously.Typical FunctionsSubject matter expert (SME) and point of escalation for ProfitPlanDevelops and implements testing strategies, facilitates integration setup and deployment, and troubleshoots to ensure proper implementationEnsures implemented products and features meet company requirementsConducts training of new products to ensure smooth implementationAssists in creating and updating product documentationCommunicates project status, issues and risks to managementLiaison for customer support and technical services and serves as an escalation point for ticketing based on subject matter expertiseWorks closely with the product and development team to ensure bugs are worked through in a timely mannerIdentify pain points for implementations and project operations and work to identify and implement solutionsOther duties or functions may be assigned.Requirements5+ years in technical rolesSelf-starter and strong independent learner who takes initiative and gets the job done.
