Senior PCB Designer

Lucix Corporation, a subsidiary of HEICO’s Electronic Technologies Group has steadily evolved to become the world leader in RF Active and Passive Units, Subsystems, and Assemblies, for Commercial, Civil and Defense Satellite Payloads. Lucix also provides RF hardware for Airborne and Ground Systems. All hardware is designed, qualified, manufactured, tested, and delivered from Lucix facilities in California, USA.We are seeking an experienced Senior PCB Designer to join our team. This role is responsible for executing PCB designs that meet electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing requirements with a high degree of accuracy and completeness. You will work closely with RF and hardware engineers through iterative design cycles. Success in this role requires strong fundamentals, attention to detail, and ownership of your designs from initial placement through release.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesServe as the subject matter expert for PCB layout and design for power, analog, digital, and RF printed circuit boardsCreate library parts and maintain CIS component databaseExecute multilayer PCB layouts for RF, mixed-signal, and power designsPlace and route components with consideration for signal integrity, return paths, grounding, and manufacturabilityImplement controlled impedance routing based on defined stackupsApply RF layout techniques including isolation, via stitching, and shielding strategiesSupport stackup definition and routing feasibility analysisGenerate complete, release-ready fabrication and assembly documentationProduce ODB++ manufacturing outputs using BluePrintIdentify and eliminate layout risks prior to releaseDrive layout feasibility and resolve constraints early in designIncorporate design review feedback efficiently and accuratelyWork directly with engineers and PCB vendors to ensure designs meet intent and build requirementsPerform other duties as assignedBenefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package to full time employees which includes:Healthcare (Medical, Dental, Vision)Paid Time Off and HolidaysHSA and FSATraditional 401(k) with company match Company Sponsored Basic Life Insurance, AD&D and LTD Voluntary Coverages (Critical Illness, Accident, Hospital Indemnity, Supplemental Life Insurance)Tuition Assistance ProgramEmployee Assistance ProgramWe have a 9/80 workweek that provides employees with every other Friday offEqual Opportunity EmployerLucix Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
