We know how to identify and implement innovative solutions for our client's toughest challenges.Position summary: Roy Jorgensen is seeking a full-time Collections Specialist responsible for highway accident property damage claims. You will manage accounts by generating subrogation demands, monitoring payments, and recovering overdue debts to optimize cash flow. Contact clients via phone/email to resolve discrepancies, negotiate payment plans, and update account records.ResponsibilitiesReach out to customers via phone, email, or mail to secure paymentsNegotiate payment arrangements, settlements, or, in some cases, initiate legal actionMaintain detailed, accurate records of all contact attempts, conversations, and transactionsInvestigate and resolve billing discrepancies, payment issues, or customer disputesMonitor accounts receivable (AR) aging reports, generate daily/weekly status reports, and identify delinquent accountsGenerate and send accurate invoices, ensuring timely submission of demandsRequired Experience/SkillsAccounts Receivable collections with private sectorAuto insurance experience a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skills for negotiation and conflict resolutionAbility to follow up consistentlyProficiency in general computer skills to include MS Word, Excel, Outlook, TeamsExcellent attention to detail and analytical abilitiesCustomer service-focused approachStrong organization and independent work skillsSchedule: Full time Monday - FridaySalary: $25.00- $28.00/hr compensation is depending on candidate experience and certifications.Total Compensation Package to include: Includes competitive base pay, annual profitability-based bonus, recognition incentives and extensive training opportunities.
