Job Title: SDET Engineer – Selenium/AppiumLocation: Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid)Employment Type: Full-Time (FTE)Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated SDET Engineer with strong experience in Web and Mobile Test Automation. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Selenium, Appium, Playwright, Java, and API testing, with a proven track record of building and maintaining scalable automation frameworks in Agile environments.Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.5+ years of QA Automation / SDET experience in large-scale web, mobile, or e-commerce applications.Strong hands-on experience with Selenium automation frameworks.Required experience with Appium for mobile application testing (iOS/Android).Experience with Playwright for web application automation.Experience testing REST APIs and backend services.Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, REST, HTTP, and SOAP technologies.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and leading testing activities.Preferred QualificationsExperience automating web, mobile, and backend applications using open-source automation tools.Strong programming skills in Java and familiarity with scripting languages such as Shell Scripting or Ruby.Experience building and maintaining test automation frameworks from scratch.Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing integration.Experience testing large-scale e-commerce or retail applications is a plus.Knowledge of service-oriented architecture (SOA) and distributed systems.Experience with modern web and mobile technologies.
