Construction Superintendent / Quality Control Manager (QCM) – USACE / NAVFAC Federal Construction Projects★ Estimated salary range: $120,000 to $145,000 per year. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience, certifications, project requirements, location, and internal alignment/level.★ Benefits include profit sharing for full-time employees, medical, dental, and vision insurance (including the Federal Employee Health Benefits program), 401(k), PTO, paid holidays, family leave (including FMLA). Doyon Government Group (DGG) provides design-build and general construction services nationwide for government and military facilities.DGG is seeking an experienced construction professional to serve in a combined role of Superintendent, QCM on U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and/or Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) federal projects.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily field operations and supervise construction crews and subcontractorsDevelop, implement, and manage project Quality Control (QC) PlansConduct site safety inspections, enforce EM 385-1-1 and OSHA standards, and lead safety briefingsCoordinate with subcontractors, QCMs, SSHOs, and Superintendents on new Definable Features of Work (DFOW)Review and manage submittals, RFIs, contract documents, and quality/safety documentationTrack deficiencies and verify resolution through follow-up inspectionsMaintain daily reports, logs, inspection records, and project documentationMonitor schedules, budgets, resources, and DFOW to ensure timely completionInvestigate incidents, near misses, and accidents; ensure resolutionReport project progress, risks, and updates to management and stakeholdersQualifications10+ years of professional construction experience3+ years serving as a Superintendent, QCM, and/or SSHO on USACE or NAVFAC federal construction projectsExperience implementing a three-phase Quality Control (QC) planStrong knowledge of contract specifications, federal construction standards, quality control, and safety requirementsOSHA 30-hour Construction Safety Certification or equivalentMust be proficient with USACE RMS, NAVFAC QCS, or similar project reporting software for tracking DFOW, inspections, incidents, schedules, and progressStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skillsExperience managing schedules, budgets, and multi-disciplinary field teams effectivelyJoin Doyon to deliver safe, compliant, high-quality federal construction projects!Company DescriptionDoyon Government Group (DGG) provides design-build and general construction services, including demolition, new construction, renovations, and repairs, for government-owned facilities and military installations nationwide.
