The RN will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for assigned patients while ensuring compliance with clinical standards and hospital policies.✅ Must-Have Skills:✔ Active Illinois RN License✔ BLS, ACLS, PALS (required)✔ Strong emergency/acute care clinical skills✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment✔ Excellent communication and critical thinking skills Experience Required:✔ Minimum 3 years ER experience preferred✔ Graduate of an accredited nursing program Key Responsibilities:• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department• Perform patient assessments and implement appropriate interventions• Monitor patient conditions and respond to emergencies• Administer medications and treatments as ordered• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and procedures• Support patient and family educationCloudinfraIT Inc Job ID #296131.
