CNC Mill Machinist, Level 2, 3 & 4, Day, Swing and Weekend Shifts Job Title: CNC Mill Machinist *Multiple Shifts and Departments Available* Hiring Machinists at Level 2, Level 3 and Level 4. Vertical CNC Mill Department. Hiring for Day, Swing and Weekend shifts. Horizontal CNC Mill Department. Hiring for Swing and Weekend Shifts only. Pay is dependent on experience. Shifts Available: Day Shift: Monday - Thursday 5:00am to 3:30pm Swing Shift: Monday - Thursday 3:30pm to 2:00am Weekend Shift: Friday - Sunday 6:00am to 6:30pm Location: This CNC Machinist job is located in Canby, OR. Local candidates only. We are looking for dynamic, talented, and experienced setup CNC Machinists to add to our team. Our CNC Machinist will operate and/or complete set-ups on multiple CNC Mills up to full 4th-Axis. Troubleshoot and operate as needed across multiple machines. Prove out and optimize programs and fixturing for repeat parts. Assist or work in the vertical or horizontal mill departments if needed. Work with programmers, machinists, QC, and the production team to run efficiently and find solutions. *Job Description below is a sample and may adjust depending on Department and Machinist Level 2, 3 or 4 the teammate is applying for. CNC Mill Machinist Job Qualifications: *Level 2 must have a minimum of 2 years of precision CNC machining experience *Level 3 and 4 must have the ability to set up complex machining operations up to 4th-Axis Must be able to read, write and edit G & M code at the machine and adjust feed and speed for optimal performance Excellent blueprint reading skills and understanding of GD&T Experience with all manual inspection equipment and FAI processes Experience machining aluminum, stainless steel and plastic materials Knowledgeable using controls for Mori Seiki and Haas CNC machines a plus CNC Machinist Personal Qualifications: Self-Motivated, flexible and the ability to work with a team and independently Reliable and accountable with strong communication skills Positive customer-focused attitude with a true professional demeanor Enjoys fast-paced and rapidly changing environment Willingness to help others and work to improve the team with goal-driven mentality Benefits: We offer vacation pay, sick pay and holiday pay, along with comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage.
