Job Title: AV / Video Conferencing Support Engineer (Microsoft Teams Rooms)Pay Rate: $45/HRDuration: 12 monthsLocation: Charlotte, NCWe are looking for an AV / Video Conferencing Support Engineer to support enterprise conference room technologies and Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) environments. This role requires a highly professional, customer-focused individual who can deliver white-glove technical support to employees and executive-level stakeholders.The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting conferencing platforms, AV hardware, and collaboration technologies in enterprise environments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical issues, supporting end users onsite, and contributing to large-scale conferencing technology initiatives.Provide on-site support for conference rooms, AV systems, and Microsoft Teams RoomsTroubleshoot conferencing hardware, displays, microphones, cameras, and room technologySupport migrations from Cisco conferencing environments to Microsoft Teams RoomsManage conferencing environments using Teams Admin Center, CQD, and Cisco Control HubMonitor conferencing performance and troubleshoot issues using tools such as ThousandEyesDeliver high-touch white-glove support to executive-level users and business partnersPerform maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting, and occasional after-hours support activitiesCollaborate with cross-functional IT and engineering teams to resolve technical issuesRequirements:3+ years of AV or video conferencing support experienceHands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR)Strong knowledge of Teams Admin Center and Call Quality Dashboard (CQD)Experience with Cisco Control Hub and enterprise conferencing platformsStrong troubleshooting skills for AV systems and conferencing hardwareExcellent communication and customer service skillsExperience supporting enterprise or corporate office environmentsAbility to work onsite 5 days per week and travel locally between office locationsNice to Have Skills & ExperienceExperience supporting large-scale conference room deployments or migrationsFamiliarity with ThousandEyes or similar monitoring/observability toolsExperience supporting hybrid Cisco and Microsoft conferencing environmentsAVIXA, Microsoft Teams, or Cisco Collaboration certificationsExperience supporting executive-level stakeholders in fast-paced environments
