The ideal candidate should have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role requires attention to detail, technical aptitude, and a commitment to ensuring the safe and efficient operation of mud motors.RequirementsESSENTIAL FUNCTIONCapable of attentive listening and meticulous adherence to instructionsWillingness to be on standby for after-hours and weekend rotationsDiligently maintain cleanliness in work areas, including cleaning parts, painting motors, and removing potential hazardsProvide assistance in the disassembly and assembly of toolsAcquire proficiency in the safe and proper operation of torque unitsDemonstrate the ability to comprehend and apply information from service manuals.Competent in operating Vernier calipersUnder supervised guidance, dismantle motors, initiate disassembly service reports, and accurately identify the names and correct placements of all componentsPossess a fundamental understanding of shipping and receiving processesPaint and stencil toolsEXPERIENCE REQUIRED High school diploma or GED preferredPrior experience with drilling tools is strongly preferred but not requiredAbility to work in a team-oriented, high-pressured, and fast-paced environmentAbility to comprehend production requirementsAbility to speak, read, and write the English language fluentlyPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to operate forklift, preferred.Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and components, up to 25 poundsOperate basic office equipment, such as a keyboard, mouse, copier/printer/scannerStand for long periods of time, between 8-12 hours a dayWalk/travel to production areas while wearing appropriate Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), which at a minimum includes safety glasses, steel toe shoes/boots and a hardhatQHSE REQUIREMENTSOur success in reaching our QHSE objectives is achieved through:Each of us being responsible for, and committed to, the health and safety of ourselves, of our teams, and of all those who support our operation.
