In this role, you'll partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to gather requirements, document workflows, and support testing and change management efforts.What You'll Do:Lead requirements gathering and documentation (functional & non-functional)Analyze current workflows and design future state processesCollaborate across IT and business teams to align on prioritiesSupport QA, test planning, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Help with training documentation and user adoption What We're Looking For:5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on large-scale projectsStrong knowledge of SDLC (Agile, Waterfall)Expertise in process mapping, Jira, and stakeholder communicationExperience supporting testing and change management
