This is a full-cycle recruiting role across multiple technical searches simultaneously.As an early recruiting team member, you’ll work closely with engineering and talent leadership to help build the foundation for how technical hiring operates here. We’re looking for someone who is highly execution-oriented, strong at sourcing, and excited to operate in a fast-moving B2B SaaS environment.What You’ll DoOwn full-cycle recruiting across technical roles including engineering, product, and designPartner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs, calibrate profiles, and drive hiring decisionsBuild and manage strong outbound pipelines of technical talent through sourcing, referrals, networking, and creative outreach strategiesManage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a high bar for candidate experience and process qualityHelp improve recruiting operations, workflows, tooling, reporting, and overall process efficiency as the company scalesMaintain strong ATS hygiene and operational rigor across all recruiting activityWhat We’re Looking For3–5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in fast-paced startup or high-growth environmentsExperience recruiting for technical roles within B2B SaaS companiesStrong sourcing and outbound recruiting skills with a track record of engaging high-quality technical talentHighly organized with strong process management and attention to detailStrong communication skills with the ability to create excellent candidate experiencesData-oriented mindset with an understanding of recruiting metrics and pipeline managementWhat This Role Is (and Isn’t)This is a hands-on recruiting role with significant ownership and visibilityYou’ll spend a meaningful amount of time sourcing and conducting introsYou’ll help shape recruiting processes while also executing day-to-day hiring exceptionally wellThis is a builder role for someone excited to grow alongside a rapidly scaling companyStack: Ashby, Juicebox, LinkedIn Recruiter, WAASConfido provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.Compensation Range: $150K - $180K
