We handle marketing, scheduling, and payments — coaches focus on coaching.About the Play ProgramOur Play program is designed for younger, recreational-level players (ages 7–13) who are just getting started in baseball. These aren't elite travel ball players — they're kids who love the game, want to build solid fundamentals, and enjoy learning from coaches with real on-field experience. the platform handles translation so no second language is required.What you'll doDeliver live 1:1 coaching sessions (20–40 min) via Zoom with developing youth playersTeach foundational baseball skills — hitting, fielding, throwing mechanics — in a clear, engaging, age-appropriate wayKeep sessions fun, high-energy, and encouraging for beginnersAdapt instruction to each player's skill level, age, and indoor/small-space environmentMaintain a professional, reliable schedule and communicationWho we're looking forU.S.-based coach with baseball playing or coaching experience (college, travel ball, or higher)Patient, energetic, and great at breaking down fundamentals for young learnersComfortable coaching on camera (good lighting, stable setup recommended)Experience working with youth (ages 7–13) or in education is a strong plusDependable: punctual, responsive, and consistent availabilityEnough space to demonstrate swings and drills on screenCompensation$75 per hr. Bi-weekly payouts via Deel (contract + secure payments). A standard background check is required.Availability (important)Prime demand aligns with Korean after-school hours, which typically falls into U.S. early mornings depending on your timezone.
