About The RoleProvide support the Executive Recruitment team in scheduling complex interview, including in-person, remote and panel interviews with participants in in different geographiesEnsure all invites and confirmations are sentUpdate the Workday system and interview tracker spreadsheetsProvide travel booking support for candidates where required Room bookings for in person interviewsAvailable to meet and greet candidates in person if requiredEnsure candidate background check processes are initiated, monitored and completedProvide schedules and updates on candidate progress through interviews and background check processesWho You AreExperience in HR or Recruitment managing interview coordination and background check processes, ideally for senior level executives.Experience working with Workday (ideal) or other ATS'/Recruitment systemsExperience developing reports and presentations is advantageousTo work to set time frames for daily and weekly deadlines and have attention to detailTo be meticulous, pro-active, with sharp attention to detailTo bring excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder managementEnsure correct data is maintained in recruitment systems through regular auditing and archivingAssist consultants with the coordination of interviews and meetings to be set up team interviews and managementGain a strong understanding of the Robert Walters remit within the client and work as an active team player in the team in achieving objectives and exceeding expectationsUnderstanding of and work to all SLAs pertaining to the roleAd hoc projects as requiredBenefitsA unique opportunity to lead projects such as Employer Branding, Talent Pipelining, Recruitment Innovation, and Candidate Experience.A proven track record of high performance and the ability to consistently deliver excellent results is essential.
