Swing shift: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM ($16.00 per hour) Swing shift: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM ($18.00 per hour) Schedule: Work 4 days on, 4 days off Raise schedule: Go to $18.00 an hour once hired on full time.Key Responsibilities:Locate and manage furnace materials efficientlyOperate all furnace equipment safely and effectivelyDocument key production data and communicate with your supervisorMonitor material levels and coordinate with team membersReport production information promptly to prevent issuesFollow all safety procedures and requirementsMaintain consistent production levels and product qualityKeep work area clean and organizedBe reliable, punctual, and dependableJob Requirements:Ability to read, write, and multitask efficientlyAble to lift up to 50 poundsStrong problem-solving and logical thinking skillsTeam player with good communication abilitiesDress code: Long pants, long sleeve shirt and steel toes (PPE provided)No prior experience or education required training provided!Apply now at atwork.com/columbia
