The manufacturer's portfolio of premier building products inspires endless possibilities while providing enduring outdoor spaces where people can connect, reflect and recharge.Job SummaryThis role is responsible for ensuring the proper mechanical functioning of plant equipment and machinery and to troubleshoot any electrical/electronic malfunctions, completing appropriate repairs and maintenance.Job ResponsibilitiesMaintain and repair of all existing electrical and mechanical equipment in the production areaInstall power supply wiring and conduit for newly installed machines and equipmentOperate mechanical tasks as directed by supervisorPrepare maintenance reports for management as directedRead blueprints, wiring diagrams, process sheets, and assembly schematic drawingsDiagnose and test malfunctioning machinery and discuss malfunction with other facility personnelReplace or repair faulty electrical and mechanical components of machineCalibrate and adjust all electrical and mechanical equipment according to manufacturer's specificationsMaintain proper stock of tools and electrical parts to perform routine workWeld and fabricate as requiredJob RequirementsHigh school diploma/equivalent or completion of technical school or equivalent in training, experience and educationAt least 2 years of industrial experience in electrical or mechanical support functionsMust be knowledgeable of OSHA safety requirements, especially those related to electrical and mechanical operations and componentsAble to read and understand electrical schematics and blueprintsFull knowledge of three phase 480 volt equipmentWorking knowledge of three phase motors, programmable controls, circuits, computer interfaces and National Electrical CodeAbility to lift, push or pull up to 80 lbsRequires often climbing, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, stooping, and twistingAbility to use tools and equipment to repair and provide maintenance while standing, crouching, stretching, extending extremities and under extreme work environmentsWhat CRH Offers YouHighly competitive base payComprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programsGroup retirement savings programHealth and wellness programsAn inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotionAbout CRHCRH has a long and proud heritage.
