Job DescriptionAbout the RoleThis is a critical role responsible for entering purchase orders, submitting them to vendors, tracking order status, and providing timely updates to the team.The ideal candidate brings a positive, professional attitude and excellent written communication skills. This position reports directly to and supports the Customer Service Supervisor, who relies on this role to provide accurate, timely, and helpful support to the team.If you’re energized by solving problems, taking initiative, and keeping things moving forward without always being asked, we want to hear from you.What You'll DoEnter customer purchase orders into QuickBooks and ensure all order details are clear, accurate, and completeCoordinate with internal teams to align on timelines, requirements, and order detailsMonitor order schedules and provide proactive updates on shipping status, trends, delays, or issuesTroubleshoot order discrepancies and help facilitate quick resolution with internal stakeholdersTrack order activity and follow up as needed to keep orders moving forwardEnsure all actions support the smooth and accurate execution of the procurement processWho You AreDetail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities at onceInquisitive, service-oriented, and naturally proactiveAble to communicate clearly and professionally across teams and rolesMotivated by problem-solving and keeping things on trackExperienced in purchasing, customer service, order management, or inside sales supportEnjoy data entry and detail-oriented work while also having the interpersonal skills to communicate with vendors and team membersComfortable working in QuickBooks or a similar systemFamiliar with general supply chain operations and fulfillment practicesNice to Have: Familiarity with capital projects, BOM-based purchasing, or progress billing processesWhy Join Us?Join a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your contributions have a direct impact.
