A company is looking for a Counsel (Insurance Regulatory). Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor legislative and regulatory activity, analyzing changes and communicating updates to stakeholders Coordinate market conduct examinations and ensure accuracy in responses to regulatory findings Draft regulatory filings and support internal and external audits related to insurance regulationsRequired QualificationsJuris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school and admission to a state bar in good standing 5+ years of relevant experience in insurance regulatory matters Foundational knowledge of U.S. insurance regulations, particularly for surplus and property and casualty lines Experience with regulatory filing and compliance Ability to manage multiple assignments and coordinate work across various teams
