Highway Engineer

Job Opportunity Top ENR firm looking to add a Project Manager to their Sioux City transportation team! Duties include overseeing transportation planning, transportation roadway/highway design, public involvement, and general municipal civil engineering projects. Successful management projects within scope and budget, performing client-focused role of engineering activities and leading business development. Assisting in marketing and client development, technical quality, profitability, schedule, project staff coordination, client communications, scoping and negotiating scopes and fees, client follow-up, billing/collections and maintenance. Client relationship builder and communicator for team leaders. Manage several projects and tasks throughout projects. Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in related engineering discipline. 8 plus years of related roadway/highway design experience required; Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification. Demonstrated ability to work on multiple, complex projects at one time. History of successfully completing complex projects for small and/or large client bases.
