By working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams, the Scheduling Manager helps ensure projects stay on track, major milestones are met, and resources are aligned—supporting ANDRES’ continued success in Dallas and across Texas. Key Responsibilities:Schedule Development & PlanningFacilitate and drive the development of detailed project schedules from preconstruction through constructionWork with project teams to develop and maintain schedules using TouchplanDevelop major milestones, activities, approvals, long-lead item procurement, and other critical project deliverablesEstablish realistic activity durations and schedule constraints to ensure achievable timelinesCoordination & CommunicationEffectively communicate schedule expectations and updates with Preconstruction and Project Management teamsInteract with Project Managers, Superintendents, and project staff to define scope of work and update schedules accordinglyCoordinate with clients to track procurement dates for materials and equipmentProvide scheduled reports for contract coordination and management reporting purposesProgress Monitoring & ReportingEvaluate project schedule progress and performance, identifying potential problem areas proactivelyAssist the project team in developing and maintaining periodic status reports to keep management informed on project progressEnsure schedules are prepared and maintained in compliance with contract requirementsProject Management SupportManage multiple projects and project teams simultaneously, ensuring all schedules remain accurate and up to dateSupport project decision-making by providing timely schedule analysis and insightQualifications:Personally exhibit and mentor others to foster our culture guided by following ANDRES five Core Values:Collaboration (Working together to achieve the best solution for each challenge)Community (Creating a positive work environment where people feel valued)Conviction (Accomplishing each client’s vision through personal dedication and perseverance)Integrity (Behavior founded on moral principles, Strong ethics, and consistent honesty)Respect (Demonstrating regard for each person’s worth, value, and beliefs)College degree preferred but not required5+ years of project scheduling experience (projects in excess of $50 million)Technology literate / proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Project, Word, Excel) and PrimaveraBenefits (to name a few):ANDRES is a 100% Employee-Owned Company.Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, LTD, worksite benefits (100% employer-paid premiums)Two retirement plans (401K and ESOP)Vacation (immediate accrual)/paid holidaysTollTag coverageBy applying, you certify that the answers provided herein are true and complete.
