Order Entry Specialist

The Role As the Order Entry Specialist, you will process into NetSuite all customer orders received via Salesforce. Work must be accurate and entered in a timely fashion, assuring customers receive consistent, high levels of service that drive increased loyalty and deeper relationships. In This Role, You will… Be responsible for processing of customer purchase orders into NetSuite, maintaining meticulous details of discounts, SPA numbers, Spiffs and Commissions Process standard commercial, contract, and various government orders Create SPA numbers in NetSuite for Reps and VP’s Revising orders at customer request ensuring proper documentation is maintained Partner with internal and external partners to ensure customers’ expectations are exceeded Provide occasional customer service support, including tracking information, acknowledgments, and order status updates What You Bring to the Team Prior order entry experience Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Strong motivation to complete all customer orders received each day Computer Skills: Ability to learn new software easily; NetSuite, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office Products, and Adobe Acrobat Fellowes Brands - A Family Business Since 1917 For over a century, Fellowes has been committed to positively impacting people through our culture, relationships, and solutions.
