Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Annual Bonus Direct message the job poster from 52X Consulting LLC We’re hiring a talented Architect (5–10+ years) to join our Atlanta team and support the design and delivery of high-impact work across the region—from major civic and sports venues to complex transportation environments and next-generation corporate workplaces. This role is ideal for someone who pairs strong design thinking with technical rigor, thrives in multidisciplinary coordination, and has deep experience producing buildable, well-coordinated Revit details. What you’ll do Support architectural design and documentation across project phases (SD/DD/CD) on large, complex projects with high visibility and real-world performance demands Develop and execute technical detailing in Revit, producing accurate, constructible solutions Produce and contribute to high-quality drawing sets, details, and specifications, aligned with firmwide standards and QA/QC expectations Coordinate with consultants across disciplines to support integrated delivery (architecture + engineering + interiors/experience) Support permitting, bidding, and construction administration as needed Contribute to best practices, standards, and quality control; mentor junior staff as appropriate What we’re looking for 5–10+ years of professional experience in architecture (firm or equivalent) Strong Revit proficiency with demonstrated technical detailing experience Strong portfolio showing design capability and high-quality CDs/details Solid understanding of building codes, constructability, and coordination—especially in fast-moving, multi-stakeholder project environments Experience supporting sustainability and performance goals (e.g., LEED/Fitwel or comparable) is a plus Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (or equivalent) Licensure is a plus (or open to pursuing) What success looks like You deliver accurate, buildable details and coordinated Revit documentation that hold up in the field You anticipate constructability and coordination issues early—especially where public-facing, high-traffic, or technically complex conditions drive risk You communicate clearly, elevate documentation quality, and support a high-performing project team Meaningful, complex work that shapes the way people move, gather, and work across Atlanta The opportunity to contribute to projects with ambitious sustainability and user-experience goals Collaborative team environment with room to grow and take ownership Competitive compensation and benefits (based on experience) Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Design, Production, and Project Management Architecture and Planning and Design Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at 52X Consulting LLC by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
