Position SummaryThe Receptionist/Fulfillment Specialist coordinates general business activities and the needs of Workplace HCM's clients through courteous and timely service.The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:Portraying a positive company image and engaging in professional and friendly communications with customersAssisting with answering phone calls timely throughout the dayTransferring the client to the correct specialist for assistanceActively listening to customer needs and inquiries to determine appropriate service actionsManaging visitors to the office and notifying the associate they are seeingFulfillment Specialist Responsibilities:Separating Garnishments to be sent separatelyReviewing all printed paperworkCounting the checks and verify the information on the checksPreparing the payroll package for delivery through the Courier Service or MailOperating the Check Sealer Machine and the Postage MachineProvide backup for other Specialists as neededAssisting colleagues and other employees with administrative dutiesAssisting with the maintenance of equipment and suppliesPerforming other duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent education and work experience is preferredOne year prior office experienceExcellent oral/written communication skillsExcellent customer relationship skillsExcellent client services and technical support skillsExcellent organization skillsAbility to multi-task and work independentlyAbility to work in a team environment and take direction from management and supervisorsAbility to work with different departmentsAbility to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, work instructions, software manualsProficient in Windows based softwareAbility to excel in a fast paced, service-oriented positionPhysical Demands and Work EnvironmentThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
