Dispatcher / Customer Service

Job Description We are looking for Customer Service Reps to help in our Dispatch and Reservations departments. Bilingual preferred but not required. This position will carry out day-to-day functions of our Dispatch/ Reservations and assisting clients with exceptional customer service.RESPONSIBILITIESHandle incoming and outgoing customer service calls and emails.Accurately enter customer reservations request and changes.Resolve common customer concerns and issues.Logistics & Booking reservations nationwide.Manage multiple tasks in a time sensitive environment.Monitor service progress and communicate updates to customers, addressing any concerns or changes promptly.Assign and schedule work to chauffeurs in order to efficiently fulfill daily bookingsTrack and code status of trips to ensure timely and accurate trip completionManage multiple tasks in a time sensitive environmentProvide support to reservation agents as neededCreating transportation itineraries for clients and booking agentsFunction as a customer support person with responsibility for troubleshooting any reported problem, identifying the source of the problem and either correcting the problem or escalating it to the point of resolutionMust understand: pricing, vehicle types, travel times, airport procedures and codes, affiliate network.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCEEducation - minimum high school diploma, GED or equivalentAbility to function at high performance level under tremendous pressureExceptional multi-tasking abilitiesDispatch experience preferredDemonstrated proficiency in complex map readingExpert navigational understanding of greater metropolitan and outlying areasStrong customer service/support and problem resolution skills requiredStrong communication skills, both oral and written, requiredStrong attention to detail and process requiredSolid judgment skills and sense of urgency requiredExperience in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment a plusPhysical Demands:Primarily remains in a stationary positionPrimarily operates a computer and other small office equipment (calculator, binding machine)Frequently moves about inside the office to access printers, copiers, faxFrequently communicates, in English, with employees at all levelsCompany DescriptionECS Transportation Group is based in Carrollton and is a full-service worldwide ground transportation company that has been around for over 20 years and founded on the belief that our client's time is their most important commodity.For more information, visit our website at www.ecslimo.comCompany DescriptionECS Transportation Group is based in Carrollton and is a full-service worldwide ground transportation company that has been around for over 20 years and founded on the belief that our client's time is their most important commodity.\r\nFor more information, visit our website at www.ecslimo.com
