Pride in our work, Respect for our customers, and Trust in each other to provide the highest level of service possible – every time.Admin AssistantThe Admin Assistant provides administrative and operational support to help maintain an organized, efficient workplace.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily office administrative activities and maintain organized office systemsSupport scheduling, meeting coordination, and internal communications across teamsProvide administrative assistance to leadership and support special projects as neededServe as a point of contact for internal administrative inquiriesRequired QualificationsOrganizational and time-management skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office or similar productivity toolsPreferred QualificationsPrior experience in the Logistics, Transportation, or residential & commercial industries.Experience supporting office operations, facilities coordination, or administrative reportingFamiliarity with basic accounting processes such as invoicing or expense tracking
