Garde Manager
MacRay Banquet and Events Center is seeking an experienced Garde Manager to join our team.
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Garde Manger to join our kitchen staff. The Garde Manger will be responsible for the preparation of all cold foods, such as salads, charcuterie, and hors d'oeuvres. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background, a passion for preparing delicious food, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Garde Manger Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare a variety of cold foods according to established recipes and standards
Responsible for properly stocking and organizing the walk-in refrigerator
Ensure all food items are properly labeled and stored
Monitor food temperatures, storing food at safe temperatures
Maintains a clean and sanitary kitchen
Follows safety and sanitation procedures
