Remote Certified Procedural Coder
The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is seeking a Certified Procedural Coding Specialist for a remote role in Arkansas. You will read health records to identify diagnoses and procedures for outpatient encounters, applying ICD-10 and CPT coding guidelines.
Required:
HS diploma, CPT/ICD-10 knowledge, and one of the certifications (CCA, CCS, CPC, RHIT, RHIA).
Preferred:
AHM degree and 2 years coding experience. This is a remote position with benefits eligibility.
