Job Title: Construction Quality Assurance InspectorLocation: Fort Benning, GA 31905 (Onsite)Duration: 12 Months ContractIdeal Pay range: $50.00-$60.00 per hours on W2Job Description: AECOM has a need for Construction Inspectors to support the US Army Corps of Engineers Savannah at Fort Benning, GA.Preferred qualifications include more than 10 years of experience as a construction project inspector on large complex multimillion dollar DoD construction projects, experience using Client Office and experience using RMS.Job responsibilities will include reviewing and interpreting plans and specifications for completeness, accuracy, and constructability.Field construction inspection and reporting will comprise the majority of the work.Interaction with clients and contractors requires candidate to have a professional presentation along with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.Minimum Requirements: HS + 10 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or educationUS Citizen5 years of inspection experience on large DoD construction projectsPreferred Requirements: 10 years of experience as a construction project inspector on large complex multimillion dollar DoD construction projects,experience using Client Office and experience using RMS.Knowledge of the USACE Three Phase Inspection ProcessKnowledge of EM 385-1 Safety RequirementsCQM Certification
