In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, helping create a positive and professional experience for everyone who walks through our doors. You’ll play a key part in keeping our office running smoothly by managing front‑desk operations in a fast‑paced, multi‑disciplinary environment. This program supports transformative advancements in electronic warfare for a variety of government customers, and you’ll be an important part of ensuring the team stays organized, connected, and mission‑focused.This is an onsite role in California; MD. Must be local to area.Job DutiesProvide general administrative, clerical, and secretarial supportTechnical support for Audio/ Video Conference roomsPerform both routine and non routine tasks, including special projectsSchedule and arrange meetings as neededResearch and secure requested information for staff and leadershipTake and/or transcribe confidential or technical informationRecord and distribute meeting minutesOrder office supplies and maintain inventoryDistribute mail and manage incoming callsRespond to customer, client, and employee inquiriesPerform additional office administrative duties as assignedInteract with support staff and other departments to gather, supply, or coordinate informationServe as a Program Management Office (PMO) member for a multi-tenant contract supporting multiple internal and external customersSupport the tracking and report on project performance metrics, including scope, schedule, budget, and qualityAssist PMO lead with monitoring Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of contractually required data and documentationAssist in the preparation of project reports, status updates, and other communications to customers and stakeholdersMaintain organized and up-to-date project files, ensuring all documentation is easily accessible and properly archivedQualificationsRequired Requirements High School Diploma and Two (2) years or more of related experienceActive Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS Clearance Must be a U.S. CitizenStrong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skillsDesired SkillsPrevious experience supporting the NAWCAD, AIR FORCE, and NAVYProficiency with MS Office ApplicationsTarget salary range $40,001 - $80,000.
