Office Administrator
Responsibilities:
Answering the main hospital phone
Transferring calls
Monitoring the fire panel systems and using the radio to contact Security if a trouble alarm alerts
Calling and relaying information to 911 if a code is called
Using the PA system for hospital codes if requested
Assisting with fleet key check out
Assisting with staff meal ticket purchases
Other clerical tasks as assigned
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
8 hour shift
