Department: Pre-Assembly Plant Location: Eleanor, West Virginia Overview Parkline is growing, and we’re looking for dedicated, driven candidates to fill our Qualified Builder position. Parkline engineers to order, manufacturing and integrating metal building for a wide variety of uses and industries. We execute modular and site-build projects all over the country. The Qualified Builder is responsible for the assembly of Parkline buildings to be shipped to various customer sites. Job Functions Installs all components of buildings; including but not limited to HVAC units, windows and doors Assemble Parkline buildings at the Eleanor WV plant Read and understand prints and bill of materials Ensure all paperwork is completed and all parts are shipped with building Operate forklifts, overhead cranes and manlifts Loading and unloading of building materials Competencies Team Player, ability to work by yourself and with others Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness to ensure quality Able to multitask and adapt to frequent changes, delays, or unexpected challenges with projects Take initiative; be a self-starter Strong attention to detail Knowledge of basic construction tools and correct operation of those NOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
